Every diver over the age of 12 should aspire to become a professional diver.

The way to become a professional diver is to first obtain the PADI Open Water Diver Certificate, then obtain the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Certificate and the PADI Rescue Diver Certificate (or Qualification Certificate). You also need to obtain five PADI specialized diver certificates and at least 50 diving records.
