Booking instructions:

 

1. Whales are wild animals, and we cannot guarantee that 100% of everyone can see them, but we will try our best to satisfy everyone! If no whales are seen, there will be a 50% discount on the next reservation.
2. This project is a snorkeling project. To ensure everyone's safety, free diving and scuba diving are not allowed.
3. Reservation requires the provision of "name/phone number/age/swimming level self-assessment number (1-5, 5 is the best)"
4. After booking, we will confirm whether it will be available one day in advance at 3:30pm. If a hotel is booked in advance, we do not assume the risk of cancellation.
5. If the itinerary is cancelled due to weather conditions, we will issue a 100% refund or switch to a different date. If cancelled due to customer reasons, there will be no refund.
